The Inpatient Ward has 29 standard beds in 12 rooms and 3 beds at the Intensive Care Unit. Our standard beds serve for surgical and gynecological post-operative care in full scope. The surgeons and gynecologists of our clinical centre take care of our patients. We put the accent on the fact that the patient deals with one attending physician throughout the whole duration of the treatment. A team of certificated nurses, led by a ward sister, works at the ward. The nurse’s room has an open space arrangement so that each patient can turn to the personnel without any hindrances.
Standard rooms are equipped with modern beds equipped with electronic positioning with a controller for the patient, locker for clothes, castor table with cabinet, table with chairs and a TV set. The patients can connect to the internet from their own notebooks through our network. Each two roomssharea barrier-free bathroom with a shower, a convenience for the patient after the operation.
The Intensive Care Unit fulfills the function of a recovery room, as well. It is equipped with two beds, together with modern monitoring devices and devices for intensive care. These include monitors of the circulatory and breathing system, monitored administering of medicines, and other. The anesthesiologists and certified nurses with experience in the field of anesthesia take care of our patients here.
The patients do not have to pay extra money for hospitalization if it is fully covered by their health insurance company. For compensation, a bed on the same room can be had for the family member of the patient, including the food. We are ready to meet the needs of our patients; you can get the information about all kinds of possibilities from your attending physician.
