How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online using our web form, by telephone or by e-mail. Our staff will help you choose a date and answer any other questions you may have.
What happens when I visit the clinic?
On arrival at the clinic, please report to the main reception desk, where we will verify your details and direct you to the relevant department. You will be given a temporary access card, which you will need to move around the building. This card allows you to pass through the turnstiles and access the relevant department. When entering, please hold the card againts the card reader. When leaving, insert the card into the exit turnstile. Please do not return it to reception.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Where can I park my car?
Parking is not available directly at the ISCARE clinic building. Please use one of the following options:
- Galerie Harfa shopping centre – all-day parking for CZK 100, a 5-minute walk from the clinic
- O2 multi-storey car park – CZK 50 per hour, a 5-minute walk from the clinic
- Public parking zones near the clinic on Českomoravská Street
Are all procedures covered by health insurance?
Whether a procedure is covered by health insurance depends on the type of procedure and the medical indication. Some procedures are fully or partly covered, while others must be paid for by the patient. We will be happy to provide more detailed information during your consultation or when you book your appointment.
