An excellent clinic, well-trained staff, outstanding and expert doctors; Alena, the coordinator, is always kind and supports you every step of the way, from your first contact right through to the rest of your pregnancy. My experience has been incredibly positive. I fell pregnant on my first attempt, thanks to ISCARE.

I travelled from Germany to the Iscare Clinic for IVF and I’m absolutely delighted – especially with the result. I’d been undergoing treatment in Germany for eight years but never got as far as I did after my first treatment here in Prague. I was able to freeze embryos and today I had my transfer. The doctors are brilliant, and the lovely Ms Tusla, who has supported me from the very beginning, has given me excellent advice and answered all my questions. Thank you.

My experience with the ISCARE IVF centre has been very positive, even though our IVF cycle unfortunately wasn’t successful. I’d particularly like to highlight the overall attitude of the staff throughout the entire process. From the reception staff, through the IVF coordinator, the anaesthetist, the nurses in the recovery room after the egg retrieval, right through to the laboratory team – everyone was very kind, helpful and professional. I was also very impressed by the Head of Department, Dr Lacheta, who conducted the initial consultation with us and explained everything clearly. However, my experience of working with Dr Jaržembovská was truly exceptional. She was a great source of support for me throughout and always managed to give me hope through her approach. She explained every examination in detail, and I never had any problem asking her anything. Her manner was always very pleasant – she comes across as empathetic and approachable, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Although I unfortunately did not manage to get pregnant, I am really glad that we chose this centre. Compared to the previous assisted reproduction centre we attended, there’s simply no comparison – I’d go so far as to say that, looking back, our previous experience seems almost amateurish. At ISCARE, I always felt that someone genuinely cared about me as a patient and wanted to help me, rather than treating me as just another case. The cost of IVF is comparable to other centres, but in my opinion the standard of service provided is significantly higher. I plan to undergo further IVF treatment here in the future; thank you so much for everything ❤️

I would like to express my immense appreciation for the approach, professionalism and compassion of the Head of Department, Dr Jan Lacheta. He explained everything so clearly, was very empathetic and truly professional.

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty at this clinic with Dr. Hasenörlova. The clinic itself is excellent — very clean, well-organized, and with transparent pricing. All the nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I was very pleased with everything and didn’t encounter anything negative or rude. Although I had expected to at least be shown the markings before the procedure, everything was done by the doctor without showing me exactly what would be removed. I hope this won’t be an issue once the bandages are removed. My healing process is going smoothly, and I will be having my stitches removed on Thursday. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Vatlak is the best. I had breast augmentation and lift surgery with him and he exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend him; for me, he is the best plastic surgeon!

I have had surgery here twice now blepharoplasty first I was so impressed with the whole procedure and cleanliness of this clinic I went back for face/neck lift I can not recommend this clinic enough staff are so helpful nurses are brilliant and not to mention the surgeons. Everything was explained in detail lots of questions to make sure I was physically/mentally fit for the procedures I am so happy with my results amd the price is spot on thank you iscare x
