Cancellation terms of Iscare a.s. apply to situations when an infertile couple discontinues treatment. In such a case, if the treatment is interrupted for other than serious health reasons on the part of the client, the company Iscare a.s. has the right to reimbursement of all costs related to services already provided, and therefore no funds will be returned to the client.

Each individual case of interruption of treatment due to serious health reasons on the part of the client is assessed individually with regard to the state of health and other circumstances related to the proposed treatment. Based on this assessment, ISCARE a.s. decides on the possible return of already paid funds.

In the case of treatment with donated oocytes, it also applies in case if the treatment is interrupted by ISCARE a.s. due to complications on the part of the donor (serious health reasons), then ISCARE a.s. reserves the right to offer clients the continuation of treatment with a new donor.

In the case of treatment with donated embryos, it also applies in case if the treated couple interrupts or postpones the treatment, but is still interested in reserving confirmed embryos, more than 6 months after confirming the reservation of embryos, the reservation can be extended at the request of the infertile couple on the basis of payment amounts for Preservation of biological material according to the price list for assisted reproduction services.

Iscare reserves the right to change this price list. The price of the treatment and our services is always governed by the currently valid price list on the website www.iscare.cz.

The patient and his partner/husband confirms with his signature the choice of the selected treatment.
